• Third party engineering consultants of record evaluate each home four times during the structural phase.
• Intown’s experienced quality assurance teams – operating separately from the project’s building supervisor - examine each home an additional six times during the critical phases of construction.
• Our Quality Assurance involves a checklist of over four hundred quality control requirements. A home is not considered complete until this list is completed.
